44th Edition of the IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship will be schedule to starts from 26 December 2019 and end with the gold medal game final on 5 January 2020. C-Zech Republic various venue to be hosted the all matches of the competition.This will be the fourth occasion the Czech Republic will host the WJHC.

The preliminary round is a two group of five teams each internal round-robin format, followed by a three-round playoff. In the round-robin, three points are allotted for a regulation win, and two points for a overtime or shootout win. One point is allotted for an overtime or shootout loss.

Total 10 Teams to be participated in the WJHC 2020 World Junior Hockey Championship Competition and its to be divided in to two groups of A and B. So on each groups five teams.
