Australia named 19 member Test squad for Tour of South Africa 2021

Cricket Australia announced the 19 Man Squad for the upcoming Test series against South Africa in 2021. If we look at the squad then Matthew Wade not pick in the test squad which to be played recently against India and lost the series with 2-1. Cricket Australia go with Tim Paine once again as a captain.

In place of Wade Australia included Alex Carey in the test squad.

“We do not envisage replicating concurrent Australian men’s tours in the future, but we appreciate the need to do so now to assist our friends around the world during this challenging period for international sport and given the additional time requirements of mandatory quarantine periods,” Ben Oliver, the head of national teams said.
